A Little Bit About Me...
Hi, I'm The Senses Art.
I am a practising 3D sculpture artist studying for my degree at York College. I am in my third and final year after completing a level 3 in 3D Creative Practice.
After completion of the degree, I hope to graduate and continue my studies in Art Therapy. This degree is a huge step towards my further education and has taught me a lot about pushing the boundaries of materials and learning about how materials can hold and display certain emotions.

Outside Of My Studies...
Outside of my education, I live at home with my partner and our two-year-old daughter. In our free time, we all enjoy going on walks, exploring nature and our world around us and encouraging our little girl to be creative in the process.
I am also a private carer for the elderly. I love this as a job, and I feel that I can really help make a difference to people's lives. You get to meet some really interesting people who have some amazing stories to tell aswell.

Being Creative...
Thinking back, I have always been creative. My earliest memory is probably the time when my mum used to order things, and they always came in big cardboard boxes. Using these boxes i made doll houses, puppet theatres and plenty of castles.
This is the type of thing I strive for when allowing my daughters' creative juices to flow, too.
